Children's Sunday FUN
To quote one of our youngsters, "Instead of Sunday School, they should call it Sunday FUN!". And the Sunday FUN program was born.   All children ages 4 yrs old through 5th grade are invited to attend Sunday School at 9:45am.    

Children in Worship
Good News encourages children to worship with their families.   However, nursery care is available for children up to three years of age.

Children in Communion
All are welcome at the table of the Lord, including children of all ages.

Children as Acolytes
One way children can serve in our worship service is by being an acolyte.   Training classes are conducted regularly.   If your child is interested in serving as an acolyte, see Pastor Rainey.

Children in Special Programs
Children of Good News experience special programs at various times of the year. Some of the programs included are the Holy Week Journey, Vacation BIble School, and the Christmas Family Festival.

The fourth and fifth graders have a time of fun and fellowship every Wednesday evening meeting at Holy Ground from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. starting August 18.  Begin a walk of discovery about what it means to follow Jesus.

Vacation Bible School
VBS is an annual summer time event.  Toddlers & Grade Schoolers learn about the love of Jesus and have a blast with the music, games, food, crafts, Bible stories and many more summer time events.
